So, when that happens, even when they know the answers, they may just choose to say "I don't know" for convenient sake. I believe Chloe is still getting to know the teacher and is probably too shy to answer the qns. As for the things that the teacher asked Chloe, we parents need to teach la! :P It's for their own good. They need to know who to contact in case of emergency (911, home address, tel #).
