My Trooper!
Well.. the big day came and went.. and i’m certainly a very proud mummy.. not only because my brat was a trooper.. so was mummy.. muahahahhaha!! i was quite worried .. truth be told.. but i took the advice of a mummy (mrs b) who commented on my blog .. that we should let her go happily.. else she will sense your fear.. and start to fear too.
We woke her up at 7.30am this morning.. and she didn’t fussed at all.. but she didn’t wanna eat alot.. and we didn’t fret about it either. Guessed she must be excited and all.. so we didn’t fight about it. She was in a hurry to get outta the house alright.. and when we reached school.. she found her place.. and she was all set. We left.. as soon as most of the kids were seated.. and we didn’t hear a thing.. till we were ready to pick her up at 2.30pm.
She did good.. and didn’t cry according to the teachers.. but was kinda distracted.. and talkative.. muahahaha!! but that’s my brat for you .. (i wonder where she gets it from eh..?? muahahahha!!) She came home with papers of work she had done.. and was so proud of it.. and wanted to show Keegan first. Overall, she faired better than I anticipated. And yes.. i’m awfully proud.

Good job Chloe. I am sure you will like going to school… and your friends and all the things you’ll get to do in school.

Oh my, she is just precious! First day of school is actually harder on the parents than the kids. My daughter’s kindergarten teacher had to firmly told all the parents to clear the hallway because class had started. LOL! We had to leave, everyone kept looking back to see if anyone comes running after us… no one did.

She’s exactly like what I have imagined her to be, no fussing and being independent to integrate well. Good gal!
