My mom used to say.. that if the parents has got good genes.. you will get healthy kids..?? I donch know how true it is… but both PB and I donch smoke nor drink .. and we donch have unhealthy habits. And I also noticed that the brat donch get ill easily either… so that set me thinking.. if this was what my mom was going on and on about.. when we were younger..?? Can anyone give me their 2 cents..?

hmmmm, i think so, cause its not only genes but habits too. Frank and i dont smoke. I have had a drink in 3 years cause either pregnant or breastfeeding..LOL Frank drinks like once every few months though he stopped entirely when we tried to get pregnant.
Avarayna has been sick only 3 times and 1 of it is vaccine-related, the other 2 is just normal cough and cold. she is pretty healthy.
