My mom used to say.. that if the parents has got good genes.. you will get healthy kids..?? I donch know how true it is… but both PB and I donch smoke nor drink .. and we donch have unhealthy habits. And I also noticed that the brat donch get ill easily either… so that set me thinking.. if this was what my mom was going on and on about.. when we were younger..?? Can anyone give me their 2 cents..?

Ask any kid or even the adults and they will tell you that it is their dream to see and visit the Disneyland, at least once in their lifetime. But as we all know .. these days, children are so blessed because their parents would plan for a memorable holiday in Florida even without having them to ask for it.

Once a month, I get to stay home with my brat.. for the whole day .. till PB comes home from work. Is it a day off..?? nah.. it’s that time of the month again.. so it’s best that i stay home.. so that i donch panic.. and get myself all stained with blood in front of the customer.. and PB have to rush home and get me extra pants. Sometimes i can leak more than once. Yup…! but the pros of course.. i get to be in a cozy house instead of a semi-warm store.. and my brat gets to eat well. And most importantly.. PB gets a break.. from the brat for the whole day.

I talked about my Christmas Tradition here. So this is what i bought .. to add on to our Christmas Tradition. This year… i wanted something pink.. because they remind me of someone..! and I’m always tickled pink.. when i read what she had to write. You’ve gotta wonder .. why people can be so full of themselves. Nope… i can tell you she is no “guru” …. but just a wannabe. An nope.. it’s not gonna happen either.. unless she has got the balls.. to write them out in English.

Anyone who have ever been on a cruise will raved about it non-stop and look forward to different cruises on a yearly basis. I know of one such blogger.. who does it at least yearly .. and with her whole family and close friends. I can assure you that there is more to do on a cruise than on any land vacation. Food and beverages are endless and entertainment is non-stop on board. From swimming to golf and even cabaret nights. Get invited to eat with the captain or take the first dance with a loved one. Above all .. cruises are great.. and very enjoyable.. well.. except for the ones with motion sickness.

We can’t get lotus roots here in Yarmouth. But when I do.. i try my best to get some. Since the lotus roots donch last a long time, i can’t buy alot of it. I donch have dried oysters.. or dried scallops.. so i do what i do best.. and use what i can find. Lotus Root soup with red dates and wolfberries.. and stewing pork. Slow cook for 4 hrs.. and drink. For those who can get all the ingredients.. back home.. everytime you drink some soup.. count your blessings.. because i get to drink it maybe once every 6 months.

We donch have The Children Place here in Yarmouth.. but when we were up in the city.. they had one at the Halifax Shopping Center. We bought a few things for the brat.. and she wanted this sling bag so much.. so we made .. Grampie pay for it. .muahhhhhahah!! We very the bad hor..?? Well.. it’s not like we are hard up for money.. just that it’s nice.. for the brat to brag that her grampie bought this for her to friends and customers.. in the future.
