We spend so much time at the store.. and the weather is cold like 6 months here in Canada. So in order to keep fit, instead of going out in the cold especially during winter, we bring in fitness equipment at the store.. so that we can do our exercises here.. and not become fat and lazy. My mum used to say.. if you can get your butt to the fitness center, you’ll just have to bring it wherever you might be.

We spend so much time in our bedroom, one cannot help but want to make it the most comfortable and most cosy. Of course when we were younger, my parents didn’t allow us to do alot of things on our bed or bedroom.. for fear of us dirtying them. But as an adult.. we read, we watch tv.. we even snack on our beds/bedroom, and we have girl party too. Modern platform beds are the most stylish bedroom accessory suitable for both you and the man. It’s not girly nor is it too manly, here you find a compromise for the bed that you both can accept completely.

We arrived at about 7pm at the hotel .. and of course the first thing the brat did was to check the hotel out. I tried to buy this snowman.. unfortunately, there was none in sight.. anywheres.. in the city. What a real bummer..!! I bet it would have looked pretty good on our display window in the store.

My daughter lived in a different era from I. She is truly blessed.. with grandparents doting and loving her so much.. wherelse mine had too much .. or just showered their love to the richer ones, the richer sons and daughters.

My paternal grandmother died really early .. when i was 9 yrs of age, my grandfather wasn’t exactly the most loving grampie on earth. Unfortunately, he died a very lonely death.. with no grandchildren closed to him at all.

My maternal grandmother was in Indonesia, so we only saw her once in my lifetime. I grew up telling ppl that my grandaunt was my grandmother.. because she was the one who brought up my mother. But since she does have her own grandkids..and children.. you can understand.. that her love for us.. her grand nieces were quite sparing.

Therefore, I am very determined to make sure that my daughter is closed to her grandparents.. and her uncles and cousins… unlike the way I was brought up… not knowing your cousins at all.. nor your aunts and uncles. It is a very sad thing.

We stopped on the way at Digby to have a late lunch in a very small eatery… called Josey’s Place. It wasn’t a fanciful place.. but i’ll have to say.. that it’s the cheapest that we’ve eaten.. and good food.. and plus.. the brat ate some ham.. from the plate. It was a all day breakfast that i got.. but i got alot of food.. on the plate.. for just $6.50. Really value for money. The waitress was great too.. and so was the cook.

Show me a cat that doesn’t love fish.. and that would be the day, when men wouldn’t love their “toys”. Every man that I’ve spoken to, loves to a flat panel televisions, now if they can put it in the bathroom, they would for sure. But at the price it is still at, we’ll have to really save a long time.. to get the big ones.. for the man.. for a birthday/christmas present. But i guess, one doesn’t need a huge for for the bathroom.

Spending so much time in the TV room or the family room as we call it, requires good home lighting, to make it the most comfortable room for the family to gather. We play alot of board games during the winter.. and i remembered so clearly.. that those winter nights.. when it was long.. and the fire place going, it was great just to bond .. without watching the TV.
