It is very important as a mummy… that we all find the healthiest snacks for our little munchkins. Tell me which mummy wouldn’t buy the most healthiest of anything to go into the lil’ munchkin’s tummy. As for PB and I .. we also try to give the brat .. only healthy stuff. We cultivate this in her.. and she is really smart.. and whenever she wants to buy something from the grocery store.. she would not ask.. “can i buy this?” but “is this a healthy snack..?” Children are a creature of habit.. and must be trained young.. that way.. they know what is good for their body.. and what isn’t.
