increase fuel price? well my view is on a tiny community but that probably is good cause it will make the locals WALK instead of using their quads around town and revving that thing up to high speed!

we do use fuel for heat though, but good thing is, in Nunavut, any increase in utility will not hurt in a huge way cause a lot of things are subsidized. if they take the subsidy away, then a lot of people will protest.

but the downside with increase fuel prices? arrggh, means more expensive flight tickets and general stuff will be more expensive as well esp groceries cause everything comes in here by plane unless its summer months.

honestly, a heritage centre? they have a few, but i dont know if they actually maintain it. with nunavut, a lot of things, they WANT to do and make but dont maintain it and then say need more money. its annoying cause its all taxpayers $$$$.
