As promised this is the coconut pie .. my MIL baked on Thanksgiving. Pretty eh.?? No she didn’t use a torch.. to make the top look this way.. she put it in the oven.. to brown it. This coconut cream pie was made from scratch.
Sure tasted good.. and it has got bits of coconut in it too. Anyone wants recipe .. let me know.. and i’ll ask my MIL .. i’m sure she’ll be glad to share it with you.

I loooooove coconut cream pie. Is it difficult to bake? If not, I would love to have the recipe.
