I’ve always loved children.. ! they always put a smile on my face. Many years ago.. i never thought i would be so fortunate and blessed to have one of my own. She kisses me big time.. when I am upset.. or when i am angry.. and asked me.. “are you happy now..??” She tells me i’m the best cook in the world.. and sing silly songs for me.

I’m the most blessed woman on earth..! I’m indeed very happy now.. Chloe… you make mummy’s life worthwhile.

My cousins are all excited about seeing Andy Williams this Christmas in Branson Missouri. You see we grew up watching Andy Williams on our black and white TV. So you can imagine how excited they are right now.. all set to go for a Christmas Vacation.. and fulfilling their dream of a meeting their idol that they’ve loved for so long.

I too, would have loved to go with my family, if not of the business, because there are loads to do.. at Branson. The GoKart was what I was eyeing at for a long time now. Plus the many shopping centers and attractions for both locals and tourist. I hope I’ll get a chance to go another time.

We love visiting Jeff from our local stationary store supplier and that’s because we get personalized pens all the time from him. And what make them stand out.. is the quirky messages he has on them, plus the pen quality is pretty good I’ll have to say. I collect all of them.. and uses them in our store .. all the time. And what better way to promote oneself than with a promotional pen, plus anything free is definitely good.

This diner is inside a shopping mall, Zellers. It is actually pretty cool.. and food is very cheap here. We didn’t used to go here.. because PB didn’t like the ex-manager who ran this place. He was very rigid… and definitely not a customer service person. But now that he is gone, we are eating here again.

Meet Lucy, my charming lil’ customer.. with a huge sense of humor. He calls me Bob.. while I call him Lucy.. it’s a private joke between us. I’ve watched this boy grow up.. and not only did he grow up.. but he is one of the best kid I’ve seen in town. Upbringing is very important… as we can all see. His parents is always with him.. when he needs to go downtown.. even though our store is only a few blocks away from where he lives. Well-mannered.. adn handsome kid.

No worries.. i’m sure his parents wouldn’t care to sue me for $40K for posting his picture on my blog.. like my chicken shit neighbor threatened to do.

The most beautiful homes I seen are timber frame home, and yes, I’ve seen one personally myself here in Nova Scotia… very near my parents-in-law’s home. They just live down the road from my in-laws..and i call her the “apple lady” because she owns an apple farm. We were invited into the house one day while getting our fruit supplies one Sunday and was i in awe..! they have such a beautiful home all timber framed.. and so beautifully designed.

Everything in the building of the house was custom designed and really unique. Hand crafted structurally and it was exactly what “apply lady” wanted for her house. One such professional in this area, established since 1987 is Vermont Timber Works, they design and build homes from start to finish. And their portfolio is amazing..!
