					<description>Me me me!  I give my boy 3 supplements daily.  Cod liver oil, Sambucol and another multi-vit.

The first 2 are necessary in my opinion.  While it's good to have them get their nutrients from food, some goodies are not available from natural food source.  Cod liver oil and fish oil are good example.

For the multi-vit, can save it I guess but hehe...I kiasu leh.</description>
