Yes.. she can make up a song, spur of a moment.. depending on her mood.. and depending on what she wants at that time. She can be quite the creative lil’ song writer.. 
I assure you .. the lil’ brat never fails to amuse us .. constantly… with being so bright.. because i kid you not.. when i tell yer.. we have had been very busy.. to really sit down and teach her stuff.
