Electronic Check In Kiosk
Halifax’s IWK Health Center is said to be the first hospital implementing the first electronic kiosk for patient check in in the Atlantic Canada. IWK is by far one of the most efficient hospital that i’ve seen, since arriving in Canada. The service is prompt. .and the receptionist/nurse are very nice too. I never had to wait more than 15mins to see a doctor up in Halifax.. wherelse here in this small town.. it can take up to 7 hrs.. in the emergency unit. Ironic eh..?
I seriously wonder why they need the kiosk for..?? since they are already a lot of efficient bunch right..? Another case of taxpayer’s money.. spend it .. irregardless..!
