Did you know that the most informative person in town .. that you can chat about anything and everything with is your hairstylist..?? Yes.. you heard me right..! tell me how many a times.. you go into a beauty salon.. and you end up.. not only with your hair done, your eyebrow waxed.. plus you told your whole life story to your hairstylist.. and her co-workers..?? And also learn lots of gossips and news around town.. and the country you are in. I betcha are just like me eh..??

Yes.. hairstylist just have a knack for things like that.. hhaha!! and they sure are very smart. . and keep whatever you said to them .. very confidential too. You know they will never mention your name on a conversation with another customer nor would they mention others to you. But they are damn good listeners.. i tell ya..!

We went for a hair cut this afternoon .. the whole family.. and guess what..?? i just unloaded all my questions about what’s going on about the downtown.. and its businesses. Like any owner of a small business.. you can imagine.. we have somethings we are concerned about. But who do we talk with .. about it..?? yup.. your hairstylist…! you can rant.. you can cursed.. you can BITCH .. and she’ll understand.. muahhahaa!! Long live my hairstylist.. Francine..!! we so love her..!

Anyone going for cosmetic surgery will know that, it is one scary undertaking to embark in. There are just too many questions that one wants to ask and even if you knew someone who had done the same surgery before, it might just be too private to get details about it. This is the Labour Day weekend..! Woohoo..!! we are working and the store is opened.. and we have friends and customers coming in to say hi. Even my hair-stylist was in today.. and we hope to get in to see her today.. to get our hair done.. and maybe my eyebrow.. one can be hopeful right..?? yup.. !! and a mask tonite..?? i hope so.. i haven’t have the chance to do it.. lately.. coz’ i’m always so tired.

Xbox controllers are such a hot commodity, for months now.. customers have been coming in to ask for them. Our local store don’t carry them anymore.. because Microsoft doesn’t make the regular xboxes anymore.

To cut the long story short.. she claimed that she needed the money to buy her son a puffer.. and that if she didn’t have the money he would have to go to the hospital..! Now what pissed me off was.. how could you as a mother .. who just got your welfare cheque..not have money to get your son a puffer..?? Isn’t that priority..?? then she changed the story saying that she spent her last 30 bucks on food for her children.. BECAUSE PB HAD SAID IT WAS ALRIGHT .. TO BRING BACK THE PLAYPEN..!!

After the bounced cheque saga.. already i am very pissed. Then the PlayPen Saga continued. A few days ago, we sold chloe’s playpen to a customer, after delivering it to her and all, she called 2 days, to say that her b/f bought a whole new playpen for her unborn baby and she wants to return our playpen to us.

The playpen is an almost new playpen that chloe never used at all. We had bought an extra one for her.. to put in the store when Chloe was much younger. PB had told her that it was ok to bring it back.. and that he would work something out for her.. with regards to the money she paid for it. By right.. we shouldn’t even have to take it back… but nope.. this woman made it sound like it was our fault, plus demanded for her money back.

I got hungry last nite.. and too lazy to cook, so I had these two tiny buns.. with chicken salad but after eating them.. i was still hungry.. so i baked a hash brown for filler up. I missed those days.. where i can go downstairs to the mamak store and order a roti-prata with eggs.. and a teh. Or have chee-cheong fun and chwee kuay for a midnite snack. Even a char-siew pau is good… but nope..over here in Canada.. you just have to make it yourself at home.
