Yarmouth First Dragon Boat

Our lil’ town just had their very first dragon boat race.. 2 weekend ago. And if you look at the picture carefully, you’ll see that the dragon boat “head” sure looks pathetic.. muahahahha!! “Long Tau” not majestic nor commanding .. how to have a real race leh….?? I also wonder if they “opened” the eye of the dragon.. before having the race..?? It’s a good effort for sure.. but not as majestic as the dragon boats we have back home.. celebrating “tuan wu jie”. Yarmouth, you have a long way to go.
Strange nobody asked me.. anything about the tradition of a dragon boat race.. and its festivals. But knowing this town.. we know they how they work.. donch we..?
Erm…where’s the head huh? That little green thingie that reminds me of a toothbrush head?
Hahahahha!! exactly my thoughts.. SS.. !! when i first saw the pic..!! pathetic lor.. i’ll say..!! Toothbrush head. . muahahhaha!!!
