Curtains has never been cheap.. as far as I am concerned..unless you have wonder hands.. and sew them yourself. Workmanship is the thing that kills.. !! and even here .. when you can get ready-made ones.. without having to go to Ikea.. is still expensive.

They come in one panel for $25.00 for the good ones.. and our windows here are HUGE..!! so you prolly like need at least.. 3 panels.. meaning about $75.00 and then you have to get someone to sew up the length.. because it is TOO FREAKING LONG..!! why can’t they make curtains shorter.. to fit.. !! So after pay $75 + 14% in taxes for one room of the house.. you prolly need to pay like $30 for the sewing up..!! Arrrghhh..!!

Well.. not like home was any cheaper.. i think i paid $800 for doing the curtain for the whole house..! 3 bedrooms .. and a living room.! the living room was a long one.. with 2 layers.. the morning and nite curtains.. and the bedrooms.. were short ones.. coz’ i wanted it to be easy to wash.

So there..!! i think i really need to learn how to sew.. plus get some cheap fabrics.. from China.. because fabrics are ex here too..!! What about you ..?? how much did curtains cost for you ..??
