Give Me Tofu, Mom..!
You all know .. the limited ingredient I can get for cooking my chinese food here right..?? Yes.. yes.. i’m like a broken record.. and i should just keep quiet about it.. and make the best outta it. Anyhow.. like usual .. after coming back from the store.. today.. i took out whatever i can find in the fridge .. and started to prepare food for the brat. If you donch know.. my brat DOES NOT eat outside food..!! she only eats rice and noodles…!!!
Well.. i threw in some chicken.. and leftover beansprouts and shredded carrots and tofu.. and stir-fried them altogether.. with oyster sauce.. and have rice cooked for the brat. She started eating bean sprouts a few months ago.. and never protested if i cooked it this way.. and have lots of gravy.
Tonite while feeding her.. she said to me.. “Give me tofu, Mum..!!” when she didn’t see the tofu.. in her spoonful of rice and chicken..! Yes.. she will take her food.. if she has tofu.. and mushrooms..! If you have tofu and/or mushroom.. you can be assured that she will finished all her food. My in-laws cannot fathom what’s the reason for it.. and neither can i, but it’s a really good supplement for meat.. because she doesn’t eat alot of it. Can you tell me why she would love tofu this much..??

Tofu is excellent. Good for Chloe. Has good eating habits.

What sort of Tofu is it??
I must admit I prefer the smooth & white Japanese Tofu to Chinese tofu - but for everything else, chinese food

The normal kind..
we donch have japanese tofu here.. but if we go up to halifax. .we can get the egg tofu.. and i liked that most.
