Yes.. the brat has got too many bruises everywhere..!! she is just not careful .. enough..!! the huge one is on her legs.. she fell in the driveway .. a few days back.

Then on the next day.. she pinched her bum.. on the toilet seat..!! and then a few more bruises here and there..!! if ppl didn’t know any better.. they would think we abused the poor kid.. or something..!! And it’s really heart pain to see her have so many bruises.. even though we have no part in it.

So anyways.. i made PB stopped her from wearing her knock off crocs for now.. because we think the knock off crocs is too big for her.. and therefore she is tripping herself. This is the first time.. that chloe has so many bruises .. all at one time. Do your children have the same problems.. too..?? do they fall.. ?? or get into accidents .. like our brat..??

I donch know about other parents.. but when it comes to teaching Chloe danger .. i’m pretty straight forward about it.. ! I never believed in sugar-coating stuff for my daughter. Sure.. when she was younger.. i was more picky on my words.. but now that she is alot older.. i feel she should know the consequences.

For example.. if she was sucking on her lollipop.. and running around.. and i see it..!! I would tell her.. “no chloe..!! no running with the lollipop in your mouth..!!!” In which she would asked.. “Why not..?? ” And I would say.. “Because you might choke and DIE..!!! and have the lollipop stucked in your throat. ..!!!”

PB donch like it.. when i am so dramatic.. but if it gets the message across.. and she stops doing it.. and prevention is taken .. i think i’m doing the right thing..!!

Sesame Seed from Casserole of My Life was just writing about not wanting her son to grow up too fast.. ! and it got me thinking.. about how fast Chloe is growing too.

We washed her hair every other day.. because it’s normally cold here.. but now that the summer is so hot.. we try to wash it more often.. whenever she sweats alot. And i’m sad to report that she still refuses to poop in the potty.. and rather .. keep her poop.. till she gets a diaper…!! Yes.. so yesterday.. i gave her a diaper.. so she can poop. .and poop she did. And while pooping.. she sweated so badly.. she came into the puter room.. to tell me.. ” mummy.. mummy..!! come, see, see..!! touch me..!! (her forehead) .. yer gotta wash my hair..”

Because she was sweating so badly ..!! poor gal..!!It’s truly amusing.. where once.. i was so worried.. i won’t be able to understand her.. and her to express herself well.. when she was an infant.. but as you can see .. my worries.. were unfounded.. ! Yes.. they grow too fast..! And i’m trying to capture everything.. i can in pictures.. in in writing.. so she can read it back here..

The weather has been nuts..!! it so humid.. and hot here today..!! and it’s really uncomfy.. if you donch have the fan blown directly at you.

I know.. i know.. i complained it is always cold.. and now that it is hot.. i also complained..!!! But really uncomfy leh..!! so what to do..?? complain lor..!!

Actually i donch mind the weather.. but it’s chloe that i’m worried about .. she refuses to drink her water.. and stand somewhere cool.. and of course she is whiny ..too..!! like right now. And refuses to pee too.. !! Now PB is shouting at her.. “I’m coming..!! stopped the whining ..!!” he said.

Anyways.. Grammie and Grampie visited on Monday afternoon at the store.. since they were in town. It wasn’t long.. but at least the lil’ brat got to see them. So that was good.. and it made me feel less guilty.. hahhahaha!!

Muahahahhahha!!! ya.. ya.. i’m blowing our own trumpet again..!!! but just a few minutes ago.. a customer came in to give Chloe a gift.. a computer game.. just for her. But I think it is because PB had helped him work on his website.. this morning.. so he is reciprocating.. but I assure you .. that was very nice.. of this customer.

So ya.. a trade off .. you might say.. ??? no good ex-employees.. and ex-workers.. but great customers we have. Those that are worth keeping anyways.

This is an ancient comedy.. and Liza Wang is in it and I pretty much was sure.. that this will be somewhat good. But Liza has sure grown alot older.. !! all the wrinkles.. that showed during the 20 episodes .. wasn’t really pleasant .. to watch at all.. hahah!! but it was pretty good.. not spectacular or anything.. but yes.. do watch it.. if you can get it.

Chloe getting ready for the Seafest Parade last week. She even brought her chair out to sit .. and watch the parade. The good thing about small towns.. you get to see the parade really closed up. In all my years in Singapore, I’ve never gone for the National Day Parade.. nor watch the parade go by.. neither did i go see the fireworks at the Esplanade..! The only time i saw it .. was when I had guests staying at the Westin Hotel.

We could use some bar stools for our breakfast counter, since the one we have is not nearly as good now. But this time, I want to make sure that we get the stationary ones because kids love to jump on our swivel bar stools.. and swing around and around.. for no particular reason.

There are lots to choose from.. but I think I’m pretty set on the “Go Stationary Bar Stool”… they looked pretty cool.. and not your ordinary looking stools. And then I saw the Trica Daisy Swivel Stool and I’m sold.. but my spouse didn’t think so.. he said.. it was too girly.. hahahah!! So it’s “Go Stationary Bar Stool” it is for us.

These are what Su Lee made for the International Food Tasting a last Friday. It was pretty good.. and she sells them for $10.00 for 20. It’s ex.. but PB loves them.. so we do have it quite often.

A few days ago, i read on the local news that A&W was robbed at 10pm .. !! armed robbery.. and suspect fled with unknown amount of cash. And A&W is just a 3 mins ride away from us.

This morning.. on CJLS news..

“Four people were arrested after police received a report of a break and enter in progress in Hebron yesterday afternoon. Officers from the Yarmouth rural and town detachments along with a police dog responded. Police claim the four suspects were stealing copper wire from the unoccupied residence. Three youths, a male and two females and an adult male were arrested without incident. RCMP have identified the adult as 20 year old Nicholas Franklyn Surette of Hebron. The youths ages 14,15 and 16 cannot be named. The suspects are scheduled to appear in Yarmouth Provincial court in September.”

Wonderful town eh.. ??? And since they are only gonna be charged in September.. you can be sure that they are already out on the streets.. and causing more mischief. Just wonderful..!!!

I think the vending machine business is a definitely a profitable business. My previous landlord is into this business.. and he provides the town.. with all sorts.. from drinks to snacks.. to gumball machines. Vending machines that belongs to him is in the schools, in the hospital.. in the mall.. and you know what.. he makes so much money.. yet he is so humble. And as far as I know.. he only has one person working for him. The fellow that goes around .. topping up drinks.. candies.. and whatever that is low.

On Monday, while getting my coffee, i noticed the glass window at Tim Hortons building broken into pieces..! Once again.. vandalism in this small town.. which isn’t uncommon at all.. even on Main Street. These vandals.. are never caught.. nor made to pay for what they damage.. ! building owners.. or business owners like us.. have to replace these broken windows on our own…. and it suxs..!! because i assure you .. it ain’t cheap.

So why isn’t the cops doing anything..?? I think their mentality is .. “ohhh..!! no one got hurt..!! so it’s at the lowest priorities.. just like when things get stolen at our store. It is quite sad..!! ppl get away with stuff here..! and they wonder why the youth are getting outta hand.

The Goldens are from Wisconsin, USA and they have a summer house here in St Bernard.. about an hour drive to where I am in town. And I’ve known them for a good 7 yrs.. !!! Yup.. that’s how long we’ve known each other…

Although, we never have any luck with our employees/workers.. i’m glad to say.. that our customer/s .. are great.. and they turn into long-time friends.

This is Max and her mother .. Sam. Max will be going to film school in Georgia .. next year.. and Sam.. teaches in a University. And every year when they do come down for a holiday.. they try very hard to visit us. Last year we missed them.. but this year.. since we are in the store for long hours.. it was good to see them. Oh by the way, Max has a brother .. Will but he didn’t come this year.. and stayed in Wisconsin for the summer.

I wasn’t really mad.. but was quite upset.. because.. this was a pack of magic ink.. that PB bought cheap. And we know we never taught Chloe at all to paint her nails.. nor mentioned it before.. because i donch paint my nails. I donch mind Keegan painting chloe’s nails..with real nail polish.. that can be washed off.. but till today.. the next day.. the damn magic ink still didn’t wanna go..

Yes.. i understand .. it’s probably .. and most likely just for fun.. and to keep chloe occupied.. but still.. the el cheapo magic ink doesn’t come out..!!! PB is gonna have a talk with Keegan.. i am sure tomorrow.

Yesterday.. as usual.. chloe came into our room to wake us up.. but since she slept the whole nite.. we let her bounced abit.. around our bed.. and let her “manja” with her Papa.

But i guess we should have been more careful.. because she with her usual tricks.. decided to fall backwards.. and bounced on the bed.. but landed with her head on the footboard..! Yup..!! i was shocked.. but she didn’t cry too much. Guess she get hurt real bad.. since she still remembers who she is.. muahhahhahaha!!

Anyways.. seriously.. she ain’t gonna play on the bed .. this way anymore.

My nephew had great difficulty with his studies and he was about to fail till he got help with Algebra Tutoring at one of the world’s largest one on one tutoring program.

He used to attend another program.. but because of the distraction caused by other students, he did not improved at all, until my sister enrolled him to ClubZ Tutoring Services. And with the one-on-one program, my nephew gain alot of self-confidence and was able to raise his test scores.

Sandra Bullock is in this movie.. and as usual.. she was pretty good at what she does. The storyline is weird.. to be honest.. and i didn’t quite like the ending either. But a definite must watch.. !! just because of Sandra Bullock.

Yesterday.. we went to the park to watch the ducks in the duck pond and we had a great time.. But Chloe being a Chloe.. is a wuss.. most times.. hahhahahaha!! didn’t really wanna go to near the edge of the pond… which to most parents.. would be a good thing eh..?? But not to PB & I .. we want her to be brave.. and to face everything .. heads-on.

Anyways.. Chloe didn’t want me to near the pond too.. so when i would go too near the pond.. she would pull me back. Now heres when i turn into a monster .. yup..!! mummy monster..!! i told chloe.. that if she doesn’t sleep at nite.. that’s when .. i would jump into the duck pond.. !!! hahhahahaha!!! in which she replied.. “NOooooooo!!” and you all know.. how often.. she doesn’t wanna sleep right..??

Well.. of course.. we got to test it out the same nite.. coz’ as usual.. the brat didn’t wanna sleep…!! so there we go.. monster mummy .. threatening the brat.. !! Of course she started crying.. and said.. “Noooo..!! mummy..!!” and when she calmed down.. she said.. to me.. “Donch say that .. mummy..!! donch jump into the ducky river..!”

Ya.. i’m bad.. and then she went to sleep.

Guess who came to visit .. first thing .. when we opened our store..?? It was Aunt Verna..!! from Sydney..!! Aunt Verna is pretty elderly.. and each time she comes to town.. she would come visiting the brat.

So nice..!! i love PB’s relatives.. most of them are so nice.. to us.. and of course to ou lil’ brat lah.. Aunt Verna still stay for real long.. and the brat .. was playing shy.. so we didn’t even get much of a visit at all. Usually when Aunt Verna is here.. Aunt Helena would be in town.. but this trip.. Aunt Helena .. went to Toronto to visit .. her children.. since last Monday.. so poor Aunt Verna.. gotta depend on her son Roy to drive her around. I wished we could go up and visit her sometime.. maybe one day soon.. One can always be hopeful.. And last nite PB had said.. we should go up to the city again soon..

I did managed to take some pictures of the food.. but didn’t get to try alot.. because Chloe was fussing way too much.. and even with PB around.. he wasn’t gonna get “FREE” food for me.. maybe because he was shy. Afterall .. food tasting. .means take any food mah.. right..?? no need for me to tell him. .what to get .. just to go with the flow. .and get whatever to taste lor..! like that also donch know.. so i gave up lor.. just take pictures.. for everyone to see.. and then only ate Su Lee’s spring rolls. So “sian” hor..?? I told you what.. PB only eat to live.. and have no enthusiasm at all to try any new food.

Remember I told you.. that i was invited to do community service for Seafest..?? Yup.. Seafest started this week.. and yes.. they did have the international food tasting.. but they didn’t have it outdoors.. because of the weather. This is Su Lee .. the Vietnamese Lady .. who owns a bookstore.. and loves my Chloe. She did participate in the event of course.. like a sport. Fortunately, I didn’t cook.. because the turn out was far too many. You will see a series of pictures for the Food Tasting .. i’m gonna do it in several post.

The Bank Manager and his wife from our local bank… calls Chloe.. “A Princess” .. Yes.. everytime they see her.. or takes walk in the evening.. or come in to say hi.. they would ask for “Our Princess”.

It is really nice to hear other folks call your kid a “Princess” isn’t it..?? And NO! .. i’m NOT saying that my brat is an angel.. and i never will. But it really warms my heart .. when others can see “inside” of my brat.. and know that she is actually .. not such a bad kid as compared to others that we see hanging around town.. “mo wong koon”! And nope.. my brat do not fuss in the public.. and if she does.. she goes home right away.. no second thoughts on our part… and we haven’t ever had to do that yet.. “touch wood”.

And yes.. we are quite strict .. when it comes to behaving in public… because we teach our brat to respect other ppl’s property.. and other ppl. It’s no use .. even if she is a complete “ANGEL” at home.. and then behave badly outside. I rather she behaves outside.. and be a “MONSTER” at home.

Wat about you..?? which would you prefer..?? if you can choose one or the other..??

Arrrggghh..!!! And what I hate even worst is… a mother and her b/f smoking away .. as they go take a walk with their baby in a stroller. They wanna say that the stroll is for the baby but it’s just an excuse for them to smoke away. It’s crazy how irresponsible .. some mothers are here. I can never imagine deliberately doing something to hurt my brat’s health, surely one wouldn’t do something like that.. if you already have knowledge how bad smoking can get right..?? But nope.. not only one mother.. but alot of mothers does that here.. and then they wonder why their kid is always ill.

Finished watching this a few days ago.. only 22 episodes.. so really short. But it was pretty good… talks about SAHMs in public housing.. and how they overcome their everyday challenges.. so close to the heart lor..!

Boy..!! was i shocked.. !!! the least to say..! you know for us Chinese.. it’s such bad fengshui.. to have such a huge arrow pointing at our store.. ! how could i have MISSED it..!! i was so mad with myself..!!!

The arrow is directly facing our store.. and definitely throwing some poisonous “darts” at us.. !!! i donch know if you believe in fengshui.. but i do..!! But never mind.. i already got a remedy for it..!! you wait.. and see.. ok..!!! i found something to throw back bigger arrows at them..!! muahahhahahahahah!!!

As promised this is the knockoff that PB bought for Chloe but it’s still a wee bit big for her.. so she cannot run very properly. Chloe is so different from last year. Last year she didn’t wanna have anything to do with the Crocs.. we bought her one.. but she refused to wear it. This year.. she was so keen about it.. and kept asking for it. Now that i know she will wear it.. i’m gonna get her the real deal.. when i get a chance to go to the mall. But i think i wanna get her the disney crocs.. ! Have you see those..?? those are cute..!!

This morning.. i was talking to PB about an email i received. I had told PB i wasn’t in a hurry to reply to this email… because i do not consider this person sending this email to be a friend. He and his wife .. seems to be the kind of person.. only to be around.. when they are in need.. or have a favour to ask of you.

This afternoon.. guess who turned up at the store..?? hhahhhaha!! his wife..!! Freaky eh..?? or is it just coincidence..??

So moral of my story.. donch talk about ppl.. in the daylight.. hahhaha!! else they show up in front of you.

One gotta wonder.. how ppl can eat pizza here ..on a daily basis..?? I see lots of ppl walking to the pizza joint next to our store.. and get a piece of pizza everyday..! How does one eat PIZZA everyday..?? Well .. of course.. the size shows too.. when one eats pizza so regularly like some of the ppl do here.

Firstly, I swear i would kill myself.. if i turned out the size of some of these ppl here.. who even though the size they are.. still wanna eat pizza.. on an everyday basis. And secondly.. if i had to eat pizza everyday.. !! please kill me too..!!

You should really see the size of some of the ppl here.. oh boy..!! the huge bums they have.. and some got stomach dropping on the floor..!! I kid you NOT..!

Yesterday afternoon, while Chloe was watching TV.. and PB and I were busy doing our own things.. with a few customers in the store.. an ex- worker .. from 3.5yrs ago.. walked into our store.

I looked up.. and didn’t greet s/him as soon as i realized who it was. I’m not trying to be rude.. but really ppl like that .. i cannot phantom..! This fella .. bad-mouthed us.. even till today.. and the lastest was to Keegan our babysitter… !! asking Keegan to be careful of us.. because we deducted his pay of $120.00 3.5yrs ago. But he also conveniently forgot to tell Keegan’s b/f why we deducted his pay.

3.5yrs ago.. when I was having Chloe.. we hired him on.. to help out because I was going to deliver Chloe.. and being Christmas.. the store was very busy. Instead of helping us at the store.. thus giving PB and I free time.. to deal with the hospital and having a new baby.. everyday.. he loses money from the cashbox. Many a times.. we caught him giving back wrong change. And worst of all… he refused to collect a deposit from customer/s who had placed special orders during Christmas.. thus we lost some customer/s and irate a few too. His reason for not collecting a deposit was that “he didn’t feel right” since we didn’t have the product in stock”!!!!

Our computer room at home consist of 3 computers. One for me.. one for my spouse and another of course for my daughter.. even though she is only 3.5yrs old.. we needed to get her one.. so she can use the computer to go online to Sesame Street website while we work. So you can imagine.. how cramped our computer room is.. especially we have a book shelf, my daughters high chair.. and all her toys too.

PB doesn’t say very much to be honest. And he doesn’t complain alot either.. about my housekeeping or my cooking. Usually he is very smart.. he wouldn’t say a thing.

But the recent trip up to Halifax.. i can see that PB is actually very “kancheong” about what the brat eats. We donch usually give the brat frozen or can food… but when i suggested that we do.. when we were planning our trip to Halifax.. PB didn’t say much.

The nite before the trip.. he made hamburger helper with pasta and packed it away for the brat’s trip. He then said.. that this was definitely healthier.. than frozen food. Unfortunately, PB failed to remember.. that if the food is not kept cool.. and we bring it around .. with us.. for hours.. it might be contaminated. But seeing that he cooked it.. i didn’t really say too much. But the next trip to Halifax.. I’ll make sure.. we bring our electric cooler along.

I find it really amusing.. when the women here.. make their kids.. call their current b/f .. dad or father. There is this kid .. that i’ve watched him grow.. and do you know.. each time the mother changes b/f .. he gets a new father.

The best part is.. everytime.. the mother is with someone new.. she disses the old b/f .. and of course.. now thinks that the one she is with.. is the best. But i can boldly tell you .. the new one is never better.. not that the old one is .. to start with.

I always wonder why .. women here has such low-esteem of themselves.. to even go out with the losers they are with. These men they are currently with.. has no jobs.. bum around.. and spend their money.. and lived on them. Not that the women that changes b/f so often are so great to begin with.. for 10 outta 10 is on welfare.

The brat is very smart.. when she doesn’t wanna do something for you .. her answer to your request would be.. “Not Now Mum..! ” or “Not Now.. !”.

She is very smart.. when it comes to talking.. have an answer for everything.. or anything.. and can remember anything you say.. for weeks.. on end.

She most definitely can count now.. but just refuses to cooperate. I’ve been diligently trying to teach her chinese.. cantonese and mandarin.. but she is not really motivated. When she was younger.. she knows .. all about eyes, mouth, ears.. head, hair in chinese. But now.. she doesn’t wanna repeat after me.

Last nite.. she wanted to read.. instead of sleeping. I would love to continue reading to her.. but it was already 11pm.. so here i’m wondering . .if she was trying to stall… or did she really wanna read..??

I didn’t make mentioned earlier here.. because we were afraid.. it might be just a fluke.. but nope.. it isn’t..

About a week ago.. Keegan was able to encourage Chloe to drink her milky from her sippy cup. So every nite now.. she drinks her milky from her sippy cup.. In the middle of the nite.. and the mornings.. she still drinks from the bottle.. but it’s a start.. i think.. and Keegan is really good with Chloe.. she is able to convince Chloe to do stuff.. that we are not.

I’ve had fibroids for a long time now.. but it never used to bother me at all.. till I gave birth to my daughter 3.5yrs ago. There is really nothing one can do with fibroids.. unless I decide to have it surgically removed. As it is non-cancerous.. nor life threatening, the gynecologist usually leave it up to you to decide if you want surgery or not.

The only way to relief cramps caused by fibroids is to take a pain-killer. But these days, the regular pain-killer that i am using doesn’t seems to give me much relief immediately. I was recommended to Nurofen Plus by my pharmacist because it provides powerful pain relief through the dual action of ibuprofen and codeine.

Nurofen Plus works better for me because the ibuprofen targets the site of pain locally, and reduces inflammation of my fibroids. The codeine in it reduces the brain’s perception of pain. No prescription needed as it is over the counter purchase.

I know that Nurofen Plus is not a permanent solution .. but in the meantime.. while i work up the courage to have it remove surgically, Nurofen Plus is currently the best pain-reliever for me.

This is a potato patch at my MIL’s garden.

Yesterday.. at the store.. a customer came in to ask PB when he would be going to her house.. to look at her puter.. and in the meantime.. she had asked PB to loan her 5 bucks. I didn’t hear it.. and only gotten to know about it.. later in the evening.. when PB and I were alone in the store.

5 bucks isn’t a huge deal.. to be honest.. but PB was afraid.. that if he starts doing that for her.. she might come back for more.. in the future. Isn’t it funny that ppl can go around asking another for money..??

Oh .. btw.. she is the one .. that expects PB to drop everything.. and send her home in his car. So last nite.. PB sort of said.. something to the effect that it was my fault.. for offering her rides.. in the first place. But how would i know she would be this way leh..?? I asked PB to offer her rides.. because she have walking difficulty, so i wanted to be kind ma.. but as usual lah.. we kinda be like sucker like that..!

My grandfather used to be in so much pain.. and complains about joint pain so often that he can’t even play his favourite game of golf.

Yesterday a black guy came in .. and bought some PS2 games.. he chose 2 at $14.00 and stopped and asked PB .. if one was free..?? Sometimes.. one gotta wonder.. what they donch understand about “Buy 2 .. get 1 free”..?? After explaining it to the black guy.. the black guy then picked a $30.00 one.. and asked PB if the $30.00 one was free then..??

Arrrghhh..!!! you buy 2 .. get 1 free.. and the free one has to be the one with the least price.. of course..!!! Now this is not the first black guy that came in to ask those questions.. ! I am really wondering.. if it’s a “black” thing or what..???

The town that i am currently residing in, is a fishing town if you do not know by now. So fishing town means lots of fishing boats .. and with fishing boats, you know they don’t come by cheaply. This is not your usual leisurely used boat but one that makes living for alot of fishermen in this town.. and those of the neighbouring town.

Of course since we have so many fishermen around, some even have houseboats that they use on a regular basis, since this town is surrounded by water and sea games for example the yearly shark fest that we have here in Y-Town. This weekend .. we didn’t do much.. ! nor write any paid post.. ! I had planned to work on my mission.. but didn’t feel so great .. on Sunday afternoon. Just felt sick to the stomach.. if i had to stand up.. ! after sitting for abit.. i was ok again.

Of course .. we went to Grammie’s house.. and i watched my new chinese movie .. “Family Link” the whole weekend..! Chloe had a great time.. playing at Grammie’s.. but woke up at few times in the nite.. and calling for me.. so i had to keep her company till almost 5am.. before i went to bed..

I wasn’t happy .. of course.. but what can you do.. right..?? It seems like every Sunday.. we have this problem..! i think the brat got overly excited.. going to Grammie’s .. so she doesn’t sleep good at nite.. on Sunday nite…coz’ we can’t explained.. why she wakes up so many times.. on Sunday wherelse on other days.. she peed in her PJs .. and can’t wake up ..??

Remember .. ?? I said.. we can’t find bolster case here.. in Y-Town..?? Well.. Grammie hand-sewed a bolster case for Chloe..!! every stitch was so even.. you could be fooled.. that it was machine sewn.

Wat a cool Grammie..!! I told yer.. Chloe is really loved.. by both her grandparents. It’s great.. that Chloe has great grandparents..!! because mine was “apa-tidak” ..!

Home and Living was where i shopped for all of my kid’s bedroom needs when we were preparing a baby room for her arrival. These days, closed captioning are very common in most movies that you are watching. My church who was doing a play for Christmas to raise funds for a bigger church decided to put the play on DVD for sale to raise more funds.

In order to reach out to more audiences and to benefit those who with hearing impaired, they had the play worked on by Video Captioning professionals. The play turned out wonderfully as these professional were committed high accuracy, excellent service and it was really reasonably priced.

PB’s cousin.. Ally.. just moved up to the Grand Prairie in Alberta .. and just arrived last nite.. when she called home.. while we were at Grammie’s house. Ally is PB’s Uncle Garth’s daughter.. and she is one of the twins.

When I first met Ally.. she was still in high school.. and I had told her.. about travelling around the world.. and doing well in one’s studies. Both Ally and Lindsay are such good gals..!! they not only finished their studies.. but they are achievers.. and not like those kids we’ve met so far. They donch get drunk.. and do drugs.. or anything of that kind.

Ally’s moved to GP .. is because her b/f got a job lined up in GP… and so after planning for a long time.. they drove up to GP .. last Tuesday.. headed up to Toronto .. and stayed with Godma Lynn .. and then headed up to GP. They arrived safely last nite.. ! and we wished them all the best.. in GP.. and their embarking into a new adventure.

I know Aunt Sandra and Uncle Garth misses Ally alot..!! but liked she said.. she brought up her kids.. to be independent.. so one has to let go. And when my time come with Chloe.. i too would encourage her to travel the world.. and go out and see the world.

My MIL is too cool.. i tell ya..!! she asked me .. if i wanted to get the camera out.. to take pictures of the peas.. for my blog.. because the peas were in full-grown this weekend..!! So that i can show my blogger friends.. from home.. what they looked like.. and how they are grown.. Cool MIL eh..??

Well.. we had the “stupid thief” pictures put up on our Wall of Shame. And when one particular customer came into the store one day.. i casually asked him if he knew the person on the wall. Well .. guess what..??!!?? As soon as he show the picture.. he knew exactly who he was.. hahahhaha!! too funny..!! his cousin..!!

Customer got his wife’s brother and sister to come in and identify the picture too. .and told us where he is working and all.. and which department..! And promised to go by his house.. and have a chat with him. Like I said. .the crooks are stupid lah.. here..!! this is such a small town.. someone is bound to know who you are.. you can’t escape..!!

Holy Shit..!! And he said that it is hard to make a living doing repairing in this town..??

Our 53″ TV went bonkers during the winter.. and because it was winter.. we decided to not repair it right away, afterall.. we’ve got priorities right… and there are like 3 spare tvs around the house.. that we donch use.

Yesterday.. we got our big tv fixed.. and when he quoted less than we expected.. we were actually quite pleased with it. And then hor.. PB saw the damn bill.. he charged us $150 freaking dollars for labour.. for 2hrs of work. That nevermind, when we checked on the internet the part he replaced.. it only cost 10 bucks.. but he charged us like 90.00 .. now that’s abit too much..!! He must think we are “water-fish”..??

We are very unhappy lor.. because we service computers for only 20bucks an hour.. and here.. ppl ripping us off.. the way they do.. left, right and center.. and some more the tv man.. can say .. he can’t make a living..?? Wau Lau Oiiii..!! KNNCCB..!! 300 bucks.. can buy so many diapers for my daughter you know..!! I can understand if he charges like $150 bucks for everything.. but this is ridiculous lor..!

I’m so happy for my in-laws.. ! this year.. the peas are growing good.. and the first batch was so sweet and sugary.. and they picked a fair amount of peas to sell to this year.

My FIL just told me this morning.. that they are charging like 3.50/Ibs this year.. all time high. I hope the weather.. and the crops continue to do good.. because last year sux big time..!

And if anyone deserve a good year.. it certainly has to be my in-laws.. ! they worked so hard.. and got cheated of so much money last year.. by some good-for-nothing fella..!! I hope .. that fella rot in hell.. get sun burn everytime he walks outta the house, the house he is in.. falls down on his stupid head, his asshole burn everytime he takes a dump.. everytime he eats .. he gets choked.. everytime he showers.. his hair drops.. his g/f leaves him.. and he can’t find a job, when he drinks water.. he gets drown.
