On our left, they have 2 adult daughters and they are around my parents age. Everytime my folks are in town, we will have dinner or dim sum with them. We say our Hi and Byes whenever we meet. It's also good to have a neighbor who was a Pediatrician..hehe. Our neighbor on our right is a divorcee but he's a good man. Doesn't bother us but when summer comes, all his kids..all 5 of them will be in his house and those teenagers can be quite rowdy at night. My neighbors are good folks.
