Nasi Lemak Canadian Style
I tried cooking nasi lemak today.. !! The nasi lemak package that i bought from Halifax was nothing but a pack of coconut powder.. !! nothing extraordinary about it. Asian Gourmet is the name of the brand. The rice was alright.. but i think i needed to wash out the salt from the dried anchovies.. because it was very salty. .hahahhaha!!
I didn’t have any cucumber.. and the sambal goreng that i used for the frying of the anchovies were so-so. Bought from Halifax too.
make la. dun buy the packet ones.
