Lunch at Charlie’s
On our way up to Halifax on Sunday, we stopped at Annapolis for lunch at good ole Charlie’s. Charlie’s is owned by a Hong Kong woman.. and this was the first chinese restaurant that i really liked in Nova Scotia. Unfortunately, it is about 1.5hrs away from where i lived.. so you can imagine my reluctance to go there and eat .. 
My MIL is having a chicken and rice combo for $8.95. The chicken was lots.. and the fried rice was good.. according to her.
PB and i shared another combo for $11.35 with honey ribs, chicken balls and fired rice. The honey ribs were too sweet for me.. but PB loved the fried rice.. and said.. it was the best he had so far. We ordered a side order of spring rolls at $1.50 each.. and they suxed..!! big time..!
Well, usually the overseas Asian food caters to the Westerners’ taste. I also usually find the food too sweet.

I think you are right..! and you should see the amount of plum sauce and soya sauce .. the “ang moh” uses.. ! it’s a joke..!!
