Stir Fry Liver with Ginger

See Gene..! i listened to you immediately.. and had some stir-fry liver with loads of ginger.. to “bao” myself.. ;)

Well.. actually PB and I went grocery shopping for abit.. and when i saw the liver.. i thought about what Gene said.. about taking care of my “badan”.. so i quickly grabbed the liver.. which was like $1.00 and then grabbed some ginger.. and had this with noodles for supper.. ;)

    Recipe very easy.. just ginger, garlic.. stir-fry.. and then put in the marinated liver .. and stir fry for another few minutes.. with oyster sauce.. and pepper.. and it’s done.. ;)

  2. My oh my…looks delicious. Jon and his folks don’t eat liver and I hate to buy a whole liver for my own consumption. Gotta think about the cholesterol too..hehe..

  3. Hi I visited your blog from links in Eastcoastlife’s blog. The ginger and liver looks yummy and is one of my favourite foods too.

    How is life like in a country far away from here? I guess blogging is a good way to keep connected to motherland eh? BTW, my son is 3 years 6 months old too.

Life is really tough here.. if not for the love of my brat.. i wouldn’t have stayed.   4. I love pork liver with ginger stirfry, both “dry” & “wet” version. Used to ask for them when I was a kid whenever someone had them for confinement.

    Ang mohs donch like the intestines and gizzards.. i donch think.. but only recently .. i’ve seen them selling it in the supermarket. But the ang mohs love their beef livers.. ;)
