Beef Hor Fun
This was the beef horfun.. that i first had.. at the new chinese restaurant. It was not in the menu… but i wanted to see if the new owner .. would be too “sombong” to go the extra mile. But he wasn’t… and the beef hor fun was excellent, a wee bit saltish.. but Vien from Raising Belle had said.. that it was more “ang moh” taste. “Ang mohs” love to pour half a bottle of soya sauce into their food.
A very generous amount of chilli sauce given as per request.. and not like the other chinese restaurants.. who are so stingy .. when it comes to chilli sauce.. but would give you a bagful of plum sauce .. and soya sauce.. that i NEVER eat..!!
