Hey.. MLV,
I used Paint Shop pro .. to do my banners.. and the free graphic sites i’ve gotten so far were from Sesame Seed from Casserole of my life.. and Hipcoolmama (who have just recommended another site to me.. but i’ve yet to use it yet.
