Well .. i made another pot of red bean soup a few days ago.. just because..
It would have tasted better if i had some dried longan or gingko nuts.. but unfortunately, the Asian grocery store.. didn’t packed them for me.. when Gerald was up in the city. Bummer…!

Btw MB, you can also add in some sago if you like. I do that sometimes.
My aunt likes to add black glutinous rice and santan. Great to eat on a cold winter night!

The problem is.. i can’t find things like sago here..
We got santan here.. canned one.. but no black glutinous rice though…
So you can understand.. how hard it is for me to cook anything..
