Saturday nite.. i steamed egg tofu.. for chloe & I. I haven’t had egg tofu..for 6 yrs now..! or more i think.. because as per usual. .we can’t get it here. I had wanted to steamed it with minced pork and chinese mushroom.. but guess what no minced pork to be found for 2 days.. bummer..! so i made it plained.. with loads of shallot in it..!
Chloe loves it…. and i finished most of it. And yes.. the egg tofu was brought back by Gerald from the city.

I didn’t think .. that i would be stucked here this long (all in the name of love ) … without coming home for a vacation.. but with a business going.. and a kid.. you know how it is. Had i known how “ulu” this town was… i would have persuaded.. PB to come to Singapore instead.. hahhahaha!!

oooh looks delicious! i am not a fan of TOFUs but I love egg tofus, because it is much more tasty than the normal ones!

Hey, that’s a nice idea. I think I should introduce this to Gavin too. He hasn’t eaten tofu, only bean curd which he loves.

but she really took to the egg tofu… 
she never had tau foo fa before.. 
but i think she might just like it..

Yup.. very yummy with shallot.. ! gonna steamed them with minced pork and mushroom the next time. And it have to be real soon..

i dont like egg tofu..i dont like the egg smell. my girls also dont like egg tofu.
