It doesn’t take alot to make Chloe happy.. most of the time, she is an easy to please little gal.. and like all little gals….. as long as you pay her some attention.. she would be laughing hysterically.. that’s my daughter for you ..

I remember when i was young, going on someone’s back .. and being carried was call.. playing “chang ku dat” .. i donch really know what language it is.. because my mother is an indonesian chinese.. and was brought up by my grandauntie .. who is from Penang. And my father is a very typical chinaman.. who speaks well in english.. because my grandfather works for the prison.

I think my siblings and I are more influence by my mother .. since we were literally brought up by her alone… and my grandaunt.. whom we call “yee-poh”. So i think Chang ku dat is malay .. mixed chinese..??

Anyhow.. Chloe loves to play chang ku dat with daddy.

This is a loaner from Gerald and Adele .. Sarah’s parents. I’m forever grateful to them.. because they are always so nice to us.. We had asked Gerald if Sarah was still using hers because Chloe just wouldn’t sit still to eat at the store.. so before rushing out to buy another chair, we asked Gerald if he could loan us his .. if Sarah wasn’t using it. And he came thru’ for us.. and even delivered the chair. How i wished everyone is like Gerald and Adele. Thank you so much for everything..Gerald..and Adele..!

Some one please send me some BAK KWA..!!! hhahahahahahah!!! yes.. i haven’t had those since 1999. Yup.. poor thing hor..??!!??? With chinese new year round the corner.. and i see them in everyone’s blog.. i so drooling all over for it. Unfortunately, i doubt it would survive the flight from Asia to Canada .. so i daren’t ask anyone from home to send them to me.

I can only continue to drool. .and hope.. kekekekekkeke!! I sometimes feel bad for Chloe.. because she won’t get to taste and appreciate all the things that I’ve eaten in Asia.
