I cooked some thai pineapple rice today.. for we haven’t had it for a long time now. It turned out good.. and i cooked them with mixed vegies because my spouse doesn’t like the raisins .. or the nuts in it .. i also put very little pineapple in it.

i’m trying the yakameshi rice tomorrow…hope it would be succesful as yours…yours really look yummy, maybe i should try it one time too…the problem is my kids hate pineapple, i dunno why…but i love the taste of pineapple…yum!
