Whole Wheat Bread

I donch often eat sandwiches at home.. because my spouse buys white bread.. and everytime.. i eat white bread.. i feel so unhealthy..! yes.. yes. i’m crazy.. !! finally today.. while out shopping for groceries.. i remembered to buy whole wheat bread.. and i told my spouse the reason.. hahahhaha!!
And tonite.. while eating my toasted whole wheat bread.. i feel absolutely no guilt..!! hahah!!

  1. i agree with you that whole wheat bread is much more nutricious than plain white bread. however, it is best eat the bread fresh. once you toast your bread, the wonderful fibers would be ‘destroyed’, hence the nutrition value will decrease, too.

    i know we’ll have to toast the bread once it’s stale, but if you can eat the bread while it is fresh, i think it’s best to eat it that way.

  2. hahaha…so cute. as for me, i will feel very unhealthy after eating instant noodle or seafood food like prawns, crab, kerang, squids etc.

    I love Whole wheat bread, especially the one which has got a variety of grains!
