Exercise Bike
For health reasons, my spouse had just ordered this exercise bike for me. Hopefully, I will make good use ot it and get my sugar level down.

Good on You! but listen to some music or watch telly while you do it. Then you wont get bored. Thats what I do, cos I get bored easily…

Ex here too twinsmom! but with winter coming.. no choice lor.. and i’ve gotta try and stay healthy.. so my spouse decided on this.

4got to comment here after reading other posts of urs, hehe. So nice of MrT to buy the bike for U. I hv got a cheap China made one which broke down after Kiwi G tested riding it, hahaa … the resistance belt snapped, so I can’t set any resistance level at all. Can still use it just to cycle but the cheap thing speed meter and calorie counter never worked in the first place, haha. I have never rode it for yonks! Gonna get rid of it once we move. I never even use the bike, treadmill & pool at our apartment gym, shame on me, really. Your bike looks good and of the magnetic type, I am sure it will be a smooth ride. Take care of your health ya

hopefully u will fully use it…
coz i had seen lots of this being use as cloth hanger….dust collector and left rotten in the store room
