This is for BkWorm, I got this recipe from Lilian - 5xMom -Watercress Soup Recipe.

PS: I didn’t use the garlic for the watercress but i used “kei chi” a red tiny thingie. I donch know what it is call in English. Maybe Lilian can translate for us ..eh..??

I love this soup very much. In fact, it’s my favourite. I call it the “spider web soup” when I was younger. My mum boils it the same way Lilian has featured except for the garlic.
