PS: I didn’t use the garlic for the watercress but i used “kei chi” a red tiny thingie. I donch know what it is call in English. Maybe Lilian can translate for us ..eh..??

Sarah our new employee was up in Halifax last week.. and had so kindly picked up some chinese groceries for me.. up in the city.
I’m having a blast.. just eating them.. and making watercress soup last nite.. ! Hell..! i haven’t had watercress soup for 4yrs now..!! so i finished the whole pot .. and didn’t even save some for my exchange student .. who is working for us.. kekekekek!! You can imagine how grateful i was to Sarah..!!
Oh well. next time.. i still have enough to make another pot.

Yes.. i let my brat get away with murder sometimes.. because i need time to cook, go to the washroom.. do dishes.. or just eat.
So i let her have her own way.. and sometimes even open the kitchen cupboard for her to play with things she is not supposed to.. just to get some peace.. and to do some cooking.
It’s terrible i know.. but a mom gotta do what a mom gotta do right..?? Bad Momma.. i am..!!
